These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak2888 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all other products available at pak2888.bet. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering with pak2888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

pak2888 is strictly for adults. No person under 18 years of age may register, deposit, or place any bet on the platform. Age verification is required and accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed with funds returned to the deposit source.
Each player is permitted one pak2888 account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all linked accounts, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and possible withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation. Household or shared-device accounts must be declared.
All bonuses at pak2888 carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated on the individual promotion pages and summarised in Section 7 of these Terms.
All withdrawals from pak2888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or alternative names are not permitted.
pak2888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — CNIC, proof of address, or payment method confirmation — at any point. Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 trigger mandatory KYC verification before funds are released.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pak2888. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. pak2888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned to the deposit source, with all winnings and bonus funds forfeited.
pak2888 operates for players located in Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using pak2888 is lawful in their jurisdiction. pak2888 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its intended markets.
Each person may hold only one Account with pak2888. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, using the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. pak2888 will:
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering with pak2888. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must notify pak2888 of any changes to this information promptly. pak2888 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
pak2888 may request identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following an unusual betting pattern, or upon a change to account details. Standard KYC documents include a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak2888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak2888 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have shared or failed to protect your login details.
If you believe your pak2888 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@pak2888.bet. pak2888 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation. Bets placed before a suspension notification is received are binding and will not automatically be reversed.
pak2888 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP to add an additional layer of security to your Account. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, particularly if you maintain a significant account balance. pak2888 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to use available security features.

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. pak2888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits received from accounts not registered to the pak2888 Account holder will be returned and may trigger a security review of the Account.
pak2888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a deposit is returned, the Player will be notified via the registered email address.
Withdrawals from pak2888 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pak2888 does not charge any withdrawal fee on standard requests. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pak2888 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 require completion of KYC verification before funds are released. pak2888 may also apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual withdrawal requests regardless of amount. The Player will be notified by email of any documentation required and given a reasonable period in which to respond.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Funds derived from Bonus Funds that have met their stated Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested while a wagering requirement is active, pak2888 will forfeit the remaining Bonus Funds, credit any Bonus-derived balance that has met its requirement as Real Funds, and process the withdrawal of available Real Funds only.
All bets placed on pak2888 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pak2888 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of unusual betting patterns, the use of software to gain unfair advantage, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the relevant game or market at the time of placing the bet. These limits apply per bet, per event, and per player per day. pak2888 may apply individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly in response to consistent high-value winning patterns or suspected misuse.
In the event of a palpable error in pricing — meaning odds that are materially and obviously incorrect relative to the true market — pak2888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the Player's balance. pak2888 will make every effort to notify affected Players promptly and the decision to void is not subject to player override.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, pak2888 will settle bets in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and competition. In most cases, where a match does not reach a natural conclusion, bets are voided and stakes returned. Specific rules are available within the cricket, football, and other sport sections of the pak2888 sportsbook.
In-play (live) betting on pak2888 operates under the same general bet acceptance rules as pre-match betting. Markets are occasionally suspended mid-event for pricing updates, during critical play, or following technical issues. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and either accepted at the updated price or rejected, depending on platform conditions at the time. pak2888 is not liable for market suspensions beyond its control.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to support@pak2888.bet within 14 days of the settlement date. Disputes submitted after 14 days will not be reviewed. pak2888 will investigate using the relevant game log, live dealer footage, or official results data and respond within 5 business days.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pak2888 are subject to these General Bonus Rules as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Rules, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a stated number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each pak2888 promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of that period.
pak2888 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting a pricing or system error to claim unintended bonus amounts, or any other pattern of play that pak2888 determines to be inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting.
New pak2888 players are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first deposit only. The welcome bonus is credited automatically — no promo code is required. Players who have previously held a pak2888 account under any name, email address, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account. A 30-day validity period applies from the date of the deposit triggering the bonus.

pak2888 aims to maintain 99.5% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. pak2888 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions in third-party services (including payment providers or live casino suppliers) outside its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak2888's total liability to any Player arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of Real Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose. pak2888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
By using pak2888, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are uncertain, and that there is no guaranteed winning strategy on any game or market. You accept full responsibility for all bets placed on your Account and for the financial consequences of your gambling activity. pak2888 provides information and tools to support responsible gambling but is not responsible for any losses you incur.
You may close your pak2888 Account at any time by contacting support@pak2888.bet. Any Real Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Pending bets placed before the closure request are settled in the normal course and the proceeds credited or retained accordingly.
pak2888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; or the Account has been dormant for 12 consecutive months with a zero Real Funds balance. Where an Account is closed by pak2888 due to a breach, Real Funds may be withheld pending investigation and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). pak2888 may apply a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive Real Funds balance, deducted from that balance. The Account holder will be notified by email before any maintenance charge is applied. Charges cease immediately upon Account reactivation.
pak2888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons. Your continued use of pak2888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your Account as described in Section 13.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pak2888 is licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and pak2888 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority. Disputes must first be submitted to pak2888 support in writing before any external escalation. pak2888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
